We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues

Can I cancel or update my order?

Due to the high volume of orders we receive, we cannot guarantee immediate cancellation or modification of the order after it has been submitted. Once the order has been processed, we cannot guarantee that we can put it on hold for cancellation, updating your ordered products, or your address. After your order has been shipped, we can no longer cancel the shipment. You may return it to us for a refund, however, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your order. Please contact our support team to assist you further.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
