Damages and issues

Can I cancel or update my order?

Our ordering process is streamlined so your order will immediately be sent to processing and then shipping. Once the order has been processed, we cannot guarantee that we can put it on hold for cancellation, updating your ordered products, or your address. After your order has been shipped, we can no longer cancel the shipment. You may return it to us for a refund, however, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your order. Please contact our support team to assist you further.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Please note that when refunding a return, we only refund the product cost, and shipping fees are non-refundable.
